Make your entry in four (4) easy steps.

Phase One Registration Instructions.
1 - Please have read the Phase One eligibility requirements to ensure your entry will be retained for Phase Two.

2 - Read carefully the instructions for each step of the progress. Once you have made one entry, subsequent entries will be fast and easy.

3 - Have the following information ready and click on the "MAKE YOUR 2013 SUBMISSIONS" below.
  • Award Genre

  • Award Name

  • Entry Information

  • Entry Contact Name and Email

4 - The steps are as follows:
  • Step 1) Select Award Genre

  • Step 2) Select Award Name

  • Step 3) Check for Existing Entry

  • Step 4) Make Entry if Required

Q&A
Does my band need to submit a recording to be eligible?
No. Only your release information is necessary. During the submission phase ("Phase One"), please submit name of band, name of recording, release date and category in which it should be considered. The DMAF compiles a list of eligible recordings each year that is as comprehensive as possible. We include this list with the ballot as a helpful tool for voters, but recordings not included on the list are still eligible for nomination by voters.
